We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for credit card processing. The SSL protocol protects
HTTP transmissions over the Internet by adding a
layer of encryption. This ensures that your
transactions are not subject to "sniffing" by a
third party.
Typically, browsers let the user know that they
have switched to SSL, by displaying a special
icon, such as a lock in the status bar. You can
also look for the https:// URL prefix to
determine whether you are connected via SSL.
When you go to checkout, you will notice that
you are using SSL. Your credit card information is
only used for authorization. It is not captured or
held by us in our database.
